HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I work directly with my clients goals set in mind, their busy lifestyle and their preferences in food in order to achieve the biggest changes without making a drastic change into their daily routine. 

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Absolutely not, with every package comes a guide on which macros, calories and choices should be made depending on goals, current physique and diet your willing to take. On top of that comes a grocery list and sample meal plan for references along the line or changes needed. 

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I always recommend using a facility in which you could easily have choices to increase weight and replace machinery pretty easily but similar results could be achieved with at home workout with variations of home equipment like dumbbells, bands and cables.
